4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

  • SportFlex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

At Sport Flex, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. Please review the following carefully:

  1. Eligibility

    • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

    • Products must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

    • Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to shipping defects) are not eligible for returns.

 

2. Return Process

    • with your order number and reason for return.

    • Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to review and approve your request.

    • Once approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions.

  2. Shipping Fees

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sport Flex is not liable for lost or delayed return packages.

  3. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting   info@sportflex.ca

    • After this time, the order will be processed and shipped, and you must follow the return process.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • Sport Flex is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

    • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
