Return Policy

At  Sport Flex, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be refused if:

• The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping

• The return request is made after the 10-day return window

• Items are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

3. Return Fees

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A small processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and restocking.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 1-5 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final-sale or clearance items

• Digital or downloadable products

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
