How to Return Your SportFlex Order

At Sport Flex, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why every order comes with our 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If your cleats aren’t the perfect fit, here’s how to return them

 

Step 1 Contact Us 

Send an email to info@sportflex.ca

  • with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our Sport Flex team will review your request.

 

Step 2. Wait For Approval 

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare your return.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your return label and detailed return instructions.

 

Step 3. Pack Your Items

 

  • Place your cleats (and any included accessories) in their original packaging.

  • Securely attach the return label provided by Sport Flex.

 

 

 

Step 4: Ship & Refund/Exchange

  • Drop your package off at the carrier location provided in our instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Merchandise Photo Guide

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps when taking photos of your merchandise:

1. Lighting

  • Take photos in a bright, well-lit space (natural daylight is ideal).

  • Avoid shadows, glare, or dim lighting.

2. Background

  • Place items on a plain, clean surface.

  • Use a neutral background so the product is clearly visible.

3. Required Photos

  1. Full Product View – A clear shot of the entire item.

  2. Close-up of Issues – Show any defects, damage, or concerns.

  3. Labels & Tags – Include brand labels, barcodes, or tags.

  4. Packaging – If possible, show the product in original packaging.

4. Image Quality

  • Use high-resolution settings on your phone or camera.

  • Ensure photos are sharp, not blurry.

  • Take photos from multiple angles if needed.

5. Submitting Photos

  • Attach all required images when submitting your return request.

  • Make sure each file is under [XX MB] (if applicable).
